It's the DRAGONS!

Pictures of Carson and his new Spring team. He plays with a lot of his "ladies" and he likes it! In fact just check out the grass down the shirt action he has going with Ashley. Oy vey!

Preschool Snacks!

This was the last day of the year I got to help with snacks in Carson's "yellow" class. Here is Carson and his buddy Bill (and his other friends too). Carson eats so many different things at school that he won't eat for me here at home....I wonder if it is school or Bill...

Happy Birthday and Happy Mother's Day to Grandma Betty!

It was about 10AM and Bob and Betty were getting ready to leave. I think Carson was sad and wanted to celebrate with them. I think the candles and singing made Carson pretty happy though.

Do you remember me mentioning the trip to the eye Dr.?

He didn't like getting dilated, but boy did he like the "cool" glasses! He kept telling me he needed a "new" video game because his didn't work anymore, the letters and numbers were broken. Hmm...do you think he could not see them?

Target Practice

What a cute idea! Pie plates and super sokers! Picnic fun at the preschool today!

The Peeps!

Some sweet and silly faces from this morning. It was a big day here. Field day for Davis and the end of year picnic at Aldersgate for Carson. I failed to take very many pictures. Too much going on I guess...

Some random Facebook updates...

I have had little time to get things done lately as you can tell from the sad state of the blog. I have updated more on Facebook though and thought I would post a few here (for those that don't FB).

This mornings post: PSA: Letting your kids take silly putty to bed=bad idea

This morning I go into the boys room to get them up. I thought man they had slept in, not a peep from them. BOY WAS I WRONG. I walk in and it was like silly putty threw up in there. I got them dressed and went on with my day. I have not returned....I just don't even know what to do...then as if this was not bizarre enough I get a note from Davis' teacher saying that the silly putty Davis took to school (yes he snuck it) helped him today with staying focused. She did say it got stuck in his pocket so to check before I do laundry. Funny...if only his teacher saw his bed right now she would cringe. So...do I go get more of this evil stuff if it is a good thing at school or ban it all together...

A post from Wednesday: Took D to his pre-op appt at CMH and part of the tour included a discussion of medical equipment. They would hold something up, say a stethoscope, and the kids would guess or say what it was. When they held up the blood pressure cuff D said “sphygmomanometer”. How I wish I had a photo of the overly proud cheesy grin on his Daddy’s face.

Ah, and a post from Wednesday morning...good times: My kids love Star Wars, may the force be with them, but my 4 year old can't say "wars" instead he says "whores". As if Star Whores is not embarrassing enough, he likes to say his version of "war" randomly as if he has Tourettes. Should you encounter us today say at church, school, or soccer please pretend to not notice. Or loudly enunciate the proper word - maybe an "oh you like Star W A R S" would suffice.
