I took the boys to the butterfly festival at Powell Gardens today--and they had a great time. Of course, they pretty much always have a great time! We got to have butterflies land on us, we did not make it through all the exhibits since it was actually hot here for a change. We made wings (ours looke a little more like angel wings than butterflies...they were less into coloring them and more into wearing them) and we made antenna, then we saw friends for lunch at the picnic area and really enjoyed the sprayground. Of course I didn't know to bring swimsuits--but they didn't seem to mind doing it in their clothes! I did fashion a little sarong for Davis to wear home out of one of Harper's blankets. Needless to say, he took that off as soon as we got home and informed me that he did not wear girl stuff. I guess I won't be putting a bow on his head anytime soon now will I?
