I am not sure how people get everything done in a day. I think everyday I am more and more overwhelmed with all that needs to be done, all that I don't get done, all that is on my list to do....and then I worry I am missing enjoying the important moments. I suppose I am not alone. Talk to any other Mom and I guess they feel the same way...just feeling lots of it these past few weeks. Trying hard to eat better, sleep more...but that little girl has fallen into some bad sleep patterns and is having some separation anxiety, so napping has kind of...well sucked for lack of a better adjective. Sucky sucky few weeks with regard to sleep patterns. Hopefully we will find some new patterns soon!
I have been terrible about updating this blog lately too. I blame it on the first paragraph and just not enough hours in the day. I really need a break from everyone so I can 1) sleep and 2) get stuff done then I think I would be a better Mom. But on an up note for you facebook friends, my eye twitch is gone. Eleven days later of course, but GONE. Fingers crossed it does not return!
Today I took Carson and Harper to the new "little monkey business". Compared to the other MB, it is nirvana. So nice and clean. I do recommend being there at 9 when it opens, that place is packed come 10:30, and there is only one person working and she is sloowww. It is clean and fun. Carson had a playdate with Maya this evening when Davis went to Zone at church. He had a great time, he even went in clothes no costume..unless you count the spidy slippers, which I do not since they go EVERYWHERE too. As soon as they all got home they went to bed quickly, I think the full day wore them out.
Keith is out tonight. He had a man date and then more bromance to follow with poker. Seriously I think these guys get more 1:1 time with him than I do...I don't know what that means. Should I take up poker?
Enough random ramble from me...that is if you are even reading at this point. I best go get a few things done. We have Davis' PT Conference in the AM. I hope she is as jazzed as we are that he can read. It is so much fun!
