This is one cool playground outside the museums.
And it was all good until the teeter-totter....
then a little Davis drama started. Really...just play with your brother, it doesn't always have to be a competition.
Here is Keith with a MIG. I asked him to show me his best Top Gun. This and a "I used to have the nickname Goose" comment was all I got. Really, when did anyone call you Goose? I have known you since 1994 and I never heard this one before....hmmm...highway to the danger zone....
Just 'cause it is cool.
This plane was used on D-Day in WWII. See next pic for more info.
And if you could see the GIANT plane behind the glass in the museum you would see the Spruce Goose. Now really giant isn't the best adjective....giant on steroids maybe. Now I really need to watch the movie Aviator.
And...we are off. Less than an hour to the beach.
**As a side note, that giant museum is adding a
water park. It is also ginormous as it has a full sized real commercial plane on top of the building as decor.
