Here are a few pictures of Davis' first basketball practice. He had his second practice tonight. Last week I stayed home with Carson as he didn't feel well. Today I got Davis from school because he was throwing up. Although, really...he seemed fine and enjoyed some time with his Jeni so I don't know how sick he was. I was at a preschool function today so a big thank you to Jeni for helping out with Davis! I did have plans for another mom to pick Davis up today (before the throwing up on his desk at school incident) and when I went to get him (after the school nurse called me) I walk in and he smiles and says where is Mrs. Sheila (the mom that was picking him up). Apparently he wanted Sheila, not me. He game home and ate two sandwiches and was fine. I don't think he was sick...he did go to basketball and was a ball of energy all day...so who knows what that was all about.
As for basketball he seems to be a bit in need of some one on one coaching, anyone interested out there? He feels "behind" his friends, I guess
Joshy is pretty good. On an
up note, he did get hit in the face with a ball and jammed his finger and didn't even cry. Keith said it would make me proud...and yes, it does. He knows I don't do well with whining or sissy's so fingers crossed my Davis might toughen up and not freak out over the little stuff some day.
